Website redesign

Rebuild an outdated or underperforming site around clear services, local trust and easy contact, without losing the search visibility you already have.

Most redesigns change how a site looks. Yours should change what it does.

A new theme with the same unclear headline, buried phone number and broken form produces the same results. We start from the teardown and your customers’ questions, then design every page around the action you want visitors to take.

Redesigns also carry a real risk: losing the Google visibility the old site earned. We protect it with a full redirect map and by keeping the content that already ranks.

What’s included

What a redesign project covers

01

Page plan

A sitemap and page outlines built from how your customers search and decide.

02

Mobile-first design

Layouts designed for the phone first, then scaled up for laptops and desktops.

03

Fast, accessible build

Optimized images, clean code and contrast and keyboard checks against WCAG 2.2 AA.

04

SEO carried over

Redirects for every old URL, titles and descriptions for every page, and a submitted sitemap.

05

Contact paths that work

Tap-to-call, booking links and forms, each tested end to end before launch.

06

Tracking from day one

Google Analytics and inquiry tracking set up so you can see what the site produces.

How it works

The engagement, step by step

  1. 1

    Teardown & call

We score the current site and talk through your goals, customers and must-keep pages.

  2. 2

    Plan & quote

Sitemap, page outlines, schedule and a fixed price, agreed in writing.

  3. 3

    Design & build

Designs first, then a working preview site you can click through on your phone.

  4. 4

    Launch & check

Redirects, forms and tracking verified, then a post-launch check in Search Console.

Common questions

Can we keep our current domain and email?

Yes. The domain stays in your name and we change only the records needed to point it at the new site. Business email keeps working as it does today.

Do we have to rewrite all our content?

No. We keep what works, especially pages that already bring in search traffic, and rewrite or restructure only what holds visitors back.

What platform will the new site use?

Whatever fits how you will run it. Some businesses are best served by WordPress so their team can edit it; others by a faster custom build with a simple editing setup. We recommend one in the plan and explain why.

What happens after launch?

We check search visibility and form delivery after launch, and you can choose an ongoing care plan or take the site in-house with our handover notes.
